RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We aim to provide our customers with convenient services for all their needs. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please send it back to us within 14 working days of delivery date. Elle by Mela will accept returns for credit for full priced items only.

All returns must be packed securely and posted via an insured and traceable method in order to ensure safe delivery. We strongly recommend sending all returning items via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of any parcels on their way to us. We will process your request for a refund as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your return for this to be fully processed.

Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card.

Please note, Elle by Mela does not cover the cost of return shipping which should be arranged by the customer. A returns form will be provided inside the original package to fill in details of the return. If any further assistance is required, please email: helo@ellebymela.co.uk. 

We do not accept returns of the following:

• Bodysuits

• Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces

• Items with perfume/odours

• Items sent back after 7 business days of purchase.

• Items not in original packaging and without original tags and labels.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to our items being highly demanded we cannot offer exchanges.  

 Shipping Fees /Return Labels

• Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

• Unfortunately we do not provide return shipping labels.
